Grind

Leanspace View

Grind Coffee’s consistency across all of their 15 London locations is one of the reasons they make it to our list of top informal meeting spaces to meet in across London.  Their London Bridge location is no different with plenty of seats available. It does get busy but if you can get a seat the tables are spread out for your highly confidential conversations and the wifi is strong for your presentations. With a good portion of customers attending for a professional meet-up, Monday’s and Friday’s tend to be the best time to visit, midweek afternoons should also be less busy.

Online review synopsis

Grind, London Bridge is generally suitable for informal business meetings due to its vibrant atmosphere, excellent food, and friendly service, as highlighted in many reviews. The staff's attentiveness and the appealing decor can create a positive impression on clients or colleagues. However, there are some concerns about inconsistent service and high noise levels, which might disrupt conversations. It's advisable to visit during quieter times or inform the staff about the nature of the meeting to ensure a smoother experience. The slightly higher prices should also be considered, especially if the company is covering the expenses.

Less space to meet than other venues on this list, but the quality of Mulberries, London Bridge certainly makes up for it.  Let the quality menu options impress your professional counterpart. Expect prices to match but as reviews suggest this is widely justified. Fantastic place to take clients if you are looking to impress and would rather spend money on some good food rather than a meeting room. Whilst the online reviews mention issues with service we didn’t experience anything of the kind whilst there. Like most restaurants whilst your phone make be acceptable to give a brief demo, the laptops should probably be left behind. London Bridge Hotel

Leanspace View

Equally well located the area is certainly not short of suitable informal meeting hotels. The London bridge is better equipped for a more low key meeting where heading half way up the shard may be overkill. As mentioned in some reviews and a Leanspace user visitor, the interior may not be as grand as the Hilton or Shangri-la The Shard. Like the other hotel options however The London Bridge Hotel has a hotel lobby option as well as a bar and restaurant space to meet in depending on your needs. The booths in the Quarter Bar offer a great place to quietly get on with some work or host an interrupted meeting. Finding yourself there in the morning for guaranteed space or the evening for a vibrant atmosphere, depending on your requirements.
